The artists alley

In 2019 the town of Usmate Velate invited some members of the artist association GA99 to contribute to a permanent public collection an a small alley in the center of the town to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the foundation of GA99. The alley is a public passage in the center of the town and open every day in daytime hours.

I contributed to this public area with an oil painting with a message that is very important to me, the conservation of oceans and sea life and the fight against plastic pollution, the painting shows an underwater scene with a mermaid that frees a ray frightened by a disturbing plastic bag floating nearby, the title of the work is precisely "The plastic monster"
